Pizza Dough Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1kg of Plain Flour (ideally 00 pizza flour)
600ml water
1 gram dry yeast

METHOD

1. Place water and yeast in your mixer and mix for 30 seconds on medium speed

2. Rest for 5 minutes

3. Add the flour all at once and mix for 5 minutes on low speed

4. Place your dough on a clean, dry, floured surface/bench and kneed for 5 minutes

5. Divide the dough in to 8 and roll into balls

6. Place on a tray, leaving 5cms of space between each ball, drizzle with a little bit of olive oil

7. Cover with glad wrap and place in the fridge for a minimum of 24 hours

8. Dough balls should almost double in size!

HELPFUL HINT

Dough should be used 4 days after proofing in the fridge
